High tech, low stress
Grind knows you from the moment you walk in the door. Flash your card at the Gallery and your portfolio appears, have a look into other Grind spaces, and just rest easy that we’ve sweated all the details.
Work how you want, when you want
We’re as flexible as you are. An office when you need it, a couch when you don’t. Your choice.
From the LED lights to the repurposed floors, the cradle to cradle Vitra furniture, Intelligentsia coffee or low flow faucets, everything at Grind is sustainable. Orange is the new green.
We’re in this together
We’re here to help you work friction free. “I can help you” and “I know people” are at the front desk for anything you may need, including introductions to other members in the space.
Grind isn’t ours, it’s yours
Traveling to Chicago or taking a meeting on the west side? Grind is expanding and providing a network of locations to help you work liquid.
Open space for open minds
Feeling cornered in your corner office? Grind is a workspace, not a workroom. From the windows to the glass walls, we keep things open so you have space to breathe.
It’s not a coworking space without coworkers. Sit next to a new collaborator, find your co-founder at the coffee bar and fill your office with co-conquerors.
Use the Agora to see who’s here, who’s there, and who has the skills you’re looking for. Even more to come soon.

Why do you work out of a coworking space?
I am energized by the movement and buzz of people. I've had offices alone, and I prefer being in the mix. Plus, I've met a lot of people I've ended up working with.
The light. The great staff. The coffee. And the owners. Plus, all the fantastic people who work there.
Grind is more than just a coworking space. Grind is a community of talented people who have chosen to work in a new way. We'd love to know a little more about you. If you have been referred by an existing Grindist, make sure you include his or her name below.
